Yahoo site explorer’s dead: Is it true?

On Nov 21st Yahoo announced in its official blog post that from 21st Nov we will no more be able to see yahoo site explorer.

They said that they are closing it down today (21st Nov). By making it clearer they revealed that:

With the completion of algorithmic transition to Bing, Yahoo! Search has merged Site Explorer into Bing Webmaster Tools. Webmasters should now be using the Bing Webmaster Tools to ensure that their websites continue to get high quality organic search traffic from Bing and Yahoo!. Site Explorer services will not be available from November 21, 2011.

Although there is nothing to get surprised since yahoo had notified it to everyone earlier that this will happen this year and today is the day.

Has Yahoo Site Explorer really been closed?

I know this will drop many folks in a shock or it can be bit silly but seriously guys I am still able to experience YSE in my browser just want to know why it is happening. I am bewildered YSE closed or not? Or is it still accessible in some browser?

When I first caught the News of YSE’s retirement I found that it is opening with below given snapshot

But after few minutes it started showing the results as below I am exploring yahoo in Yahoo site explorer. Can you believe by seeing this snapshot that YSE is not working or it has departed?

I don’t know about the future but I can say currently on Nov 22nd it is working.

Not  knowing the actual reason behind this magic but I am very excited for this where many are paying condolence for Yahoo site explorer I am still enjoying it with no regret, hurray!
