Starting from Google Panda Update #24 to Exact Match Domain (EMD) Update.
On January 17th, 2013, many signs for this update were observed affecting the search queries. But, as usual Google did not admit any change but officially on Jan 22, 2013 Google announced this update impacting over 1.2% of English Language Queries.
On Dec 21, 2012, Google twitted the confirmation of new Google Panda Update 23. Affecting the English Language Queries for around 1.3%. There were rumors going all around about this update to be rolled out a couple of weeks ago, but Google denied of any of the updates. But this time, when no one could expect the same, right before holidays, Google has confirmed the refresh by itself on twitter.
Knowledge Graph Expansion – Dec 4, 2012
As an addition to the non-English queries such as French, Portuguese, German, Spanish, Russian, Italian and Japanese, Google introduced a Knowledge Graph functionality this month. Not restricted to only translation this update was equipped with more enhanced Knowledge Graph capabilities.

Google Panda Update #22 – Nov 21, 2012
On Nov 21, 2012 Google finally confirmed the Panda Update 22 after different signs observed by webmasters. Though the 22nd Panda update appeared to impact based data-only. Till November 19th the update was unnamed but was surely been implemented as observed by webmasters.

Within 6 weeks Google rolled out another Panda Update 21 Panda Update 20, impacting around 1.1% of English language search queries.
Page Layout Update #2 – Oct 9, 2012
Targeting webpages with too many ads, Google released an page layout update 2 as an advancement than the previous page layout algorithm in January. This update impacted around 0.7 percent of English-language queries. However it could not be confirmed whether this was an algorithm change or Panda-style data refresh.
Google Penguin Update #3 – Oct 5, 2012
Impacting around 0.3% of search queries, Google rolled out Penguin Update 3. Though there were a big news shattered around that this will be a major update but it impacted very minor queries. In this update penguin update numbering was simply rebooted as same as in Panda.
Google officially listed their monthly search highlights. The 65 updates for August and September included 7-result SERPs, Knowledge Graph expansion, updates to how "page quality" is calculated, and changes to how local results are determined. Google committed it as an addition to the future Search Engine expanding the knowledge graph globally.
Exact-Match Domain (EMD) Update – Sep 27, 2012
This update impacted nearly 0.6% of search queries in volume. This impacted even very major websites on a huge scale. This update simply means as the name suggests. An Exact Match Domain is a Website domain name in which the URL of that Website is an Exact Match with the keyword or phrase as searched by searchers on Google Search Engines.
