Google has updated the AMP report in its Search Console to differentiate between the critical and non-critical issues. Critical issues refers to those errors that would prevent your page from being shown in the search results, and non-critical issues refers to those errors that are not critical enough to prevent them from showing.
So, if you see a error labeled as “critical” in Search Console that would mean Google cannot index the AMP version of that content, and thus it won’t rank in the search results.
The non-critical issues do not prevent the content from being indexed but it advisable to fix them as well.
